Hi. Tommorrow we have a representative from Harvard giving us a Q and A session at my school (They sort of consider this an interview session seeing as interviews are unavailable in my country). I have prepared some questions but maybe you guys can give me some ideas. What kind of questions impress colleges? Should I avoid anything?

Please, I only have 9 hours, any tips are very welcome!

Ask him how much his father donated to the university, how many relatives went to Harvard, and how much money he now earns.

Bottom line: don't try to "impress" colleges.

Avoid asking questions designed to highlight how terrific you are. Showing that kind of conceit only irritates adcoms. Avoid asking questions like, "Does Harvard have an undergraduate business major" that are answered on the web site.

If you have no questions, it's better to sit quietly than to ask something just to be noticed.

If an alumni accompanies the rep don't knock the alum down in order to get close to the rep. Adcoms aren't impressed by students who appear to want to get ahead so badly that they'd walk over another person. The alum rep also may end up being your interviewer or may be a good friend of the rep's.
