<p>Thanks Elysse. I'm glad to know how it works. I suspect I'll need it when my daughter goes to college either on the opposite coast or very very far south...too far to drive. We'll ship what we can, but we'll do this "pack and send" thing too for things that we would buy there.</p>
<p>On "moving in weekend" the huge Barnes and Nobles on campus is packed. They have everything under the sun from decorative items to basic supplies. So if you miss anything ...don't worry...they will have it.</p>
<p>When you attend orientation and then towad the end of summer you'll get more info. If you arrive by car they have huge laundry push carts on wheels for your use. Right next to B&N is a store, I think the name is University Computers and info on buying computers there comes in the mail later in the summer. We bought our s's laptop there, the BU prices were good and we figured if anything broke it was near by.</p>
<p>I mid-summer you will get your your room mate's name and contact info so you can begin to communicate and make decisions. Our S brought a printer they share and his room mate brought a TV.</p>
