I'm going to an information meeting at a hotel in a city like 2hours away. What should I expect? Should I have questions? I really don't have any though, I feel confident in all my knowledge, and I don't want to ask stupid questions.

I'm kinda nervous since my state isn't that big that I will be one of like 3 people to show up to the event...

How should I dress? Would a school uniform be okay or should I wear casual clothes?

Oh and since WUST is a college that keeps track of interest, how do they know I went? Is it on the supplement or do they have a sign in sheet? Will I get extra "points" that I came far away to attend?

Sorry for all the questions, anything and everything will help. Thank you,

They will show you a inspirational video and talk about the school. Tip: get there early and meet the local rep admissions officer before the session starts, and have a one on one private meeting. Then you have a real personal connection. Have fun!!!

They will have a sign in sheet as well, just to answer that question. Don’t worry about having questions prepared or anything like that. Just be yourself and have a conversation. Talk about why WUSTL caught your interest, you can even be honest about where else you are applying and ask what makes WUSTL different from some of those schools. It isn’t like they think you are only applying to one school. Just something to get the conversation going. Obviously if you have a particular area of study you are interested in, you can ask more about that. Or about activities that you might want to keep up with or try out. You shouldn’t have to try to hard to have a decent conversation that lets them know you are a pretty regular person.

Casual is absolutely fine, just don’t be a slob. LOL at the extra points, although if you casually mention to the admissions person that you drove 250 miles to be there, I am sure that will make an impression. Some admissions people make notes of things like that when you aren’t looking.

You would have check with WUSTL admissions, but since spring is after the application deadline I wouldn’t think so. Some other schools have similar sessions for students that have been admitted and are still trying to decide, but since WUSTL doesn’t notify until the end of March (except for ED in which case no persuasion is needed) I don’t know why they would do this. But they might anyway, so call them.
