<p>I have an Excel spreadsheet that includes for each college:</p>
<p>Web portal: user name, password and ID number
Application deadline: date due, date sent, confirmation # if applicable
Test scores: date score report requested
Transcripts: date sent
Teacher LORs: date sent
SSR: date sent</p>
<p>For some colleges as applicable:
Interview request
Scholarships: due date, date sent, extra requirements (eg. LOR, essay)
Housing: date applied, confirmation #if applicable</p>
<p>Outside Scholarships: due date, date sent, requirements</p>
<p>FA:
FAFSA: PIN, password, reference number, due date, date sent, date corrections sent
Profile: ID number, due date, date sent, date corrections sent
IDOC: ID number, date sent</p>
<p>Post decision:
Matriculating college: FA acceptance, housing, send AP scores, register for orientation/trip/etc.
Declined colleges: notify of declination, cancel housing if necessary (some schools refund the deposit)</p>
