My cumulative GPA is 3.28. Didn't do very well in my freshman year, but have done MUCH BETTER since.
I don't know my class rank, but it keeps changing anyway because more and more people are transferring out (there was a shooting there a few years ago). My school is IB though.
My SAT scores are as follows:
Math: 670
Reading: 670
Writing: 610
Math 2: 620
Literature: 650
I got a 31 on my ACT.
I don't know much UK universities like extracurriculars, but I have a few. I've been in Stage Crew since I started HS. I've also been in Academic Team/Knowledge Bowl since seventh grade. I was the president of the club in my freshman year, and will also be president during my senior year. We had a KB team at State last year, and I was an alternate. I'm a Mathlete. Joined last year, and will continue to go to meetings my senior year. I also participated in the local Relay for Life in my freshman year (on my school's team).
I live in Washington State, if that helps. I'm looking a lot at the University of Glasgow.

I would like to obtain a degree in a field similar to International Relations or Politics, possibly with a language, but would drop the language if it helps my chances of admission.

I will be taking two or three IB courses next year, but I am not a diploma candidate.

I only have one year of a foreign language (Russian) so far because the school I went to in ninth and tenth grade only allowed juniors and seniors to take language classes. However, I did get a Bronze Medal on my essay in the National Russian Essay Contest, only being in Russian for a little over a month. I will participate in that again this school year, and also in the Olympiada of spoken Russian. My school consistently blows away the competition, and we study the questions A LOT in the weeks before the competition. I am hoping for a Silver medal.

This is my first post, so hi everybody.
