Huge negatives I am worried about:
In grade 10 I was one year ahead in math (Grade 11 math) and I scored poorly. The next year I dropped down to regular grade so I am doing math 11 twice, but scoring 99% second time. It's not like I failed the grade or dropped to a lower grade, I just went from a grade up to my grade. 70-80% throughout year and 70% on exam. Worst result I have ever received. Will receiving 100% term 1, 3 and on the exam and 98% second term make up for that the next year in math?

Recommendations:
Head of grade
Head of service
Head of school business education

Anything else I should do to increase my chances?

Assuming you are a current senior now, what are you asking? There is no more time to do any extra ECs or anything to improve your application. Most top universities in the US have applications due in the next few days. So the assumption would be that you have already completed most applications, as they almost all have supplemental essays to go along with the Common Application. You have provided no information on your planned major, whether you need financial aid, or what geographic or school size considerations you have. So it is not clear what you want from this post.

While OP did not include his prospective major or the minor considerations. I think that for your stats you have a good chance at many of the non HYP Ivies (Cornell to Brown). Especially 5 SAT Subject Test Scores with 750 being the lowest is really, really impressive (I’m in a similar case as you but I took 4). I don’t think there are any “Impossible” universities, especially with your scores, but remember it’s the essays and recs that speak more than your numbers when applying to top tier such as Ivies.
Chance me back?http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1722731-chance-me-for-cornell-stern-columbia-upenn-wesleyan-brown.html#latest

Major would be economics.

I think that you have a good chance at some of the ivies (not HYP though you never know). You could try for Stanford and MIT as well  Safeties would be Fordham, W&J. Good luck! Chance back?
