What were the experimentals for CR/M/W?

I thought the notebook keeper questions were way harder than the historian questions, so I'm glad that was the experimental section.

I had:

W [essay], M, CR, CR, M, CR, W, M, CR, W

Which critical reading section was experimental?

i had the same one as you PAHreen
Does anyone know if a CR section back to back can ever NOT be experimental??

babeexphat, a your critical reading experimental does not have to be back to back... as long as it is a 25 minute section, it is valid for being experimental. so basically, any of your critical reading sections between sections 2 and 7 could have been experimental...

This pattern from June was the same for May and January, perhaps this will be the same for October. Not sure if they do it for all, but for 3 of earlier tests this year this pattern of experimentals were exactly the same.

CB perhaps will update it by Monday what was experimental for October's test

I think the writing experimental section is the 7th one b/c that one is harder. The second one is too easy. Did u get lots of no errors on the 7th section.

sweet i hope the one back to back was experimental

i think the experimental was one about a daughter writing letters for her grandma to her great aunt

the 2 maths questions b4 were NOT experimental the xy=x + y y> 2 whatever and the one asking for area of a rectangle and a triangle sticking out of it

i had both and my experimental was a CR one.

I thought mine went something like this:

1 Essay
2 Math
3 Writing
4 CR
5 Math
6 CR
7 CR
8 Math
9 CR
10 Writing

Not sure about 6 and 7, though.

i am almost positive the experiemental was the section 2 reading it was the one with the vocab about the gorrilas or something...

iono my sections went like this

Essay
Math
Math
Reading
Reading
Math
Writing
Reading
Math
Writing

or something like that.. I know for sure i had 4 Maths, 3 Readings and 2 Writings.

Writings include 1 35 and 1 10 minute section

Since i dont see many ppl talking about it.. I thought the section with the plane M and point P, asking for how many circles there are was EXTREMELY hard.. In fact, i think that was the section i omitted 3 since all the other sections i had filled in all of them..

I am pretty sure the RST one was NOT experimental as i see SO many people talking about it in the math thread above. I am not sure though.. I found that to be a basic SAT math problem as opposed to the how many circles there are?

i remember there were a couple extremely hard ones i couldn't figure out but i cant remember at the moment.

RST was experimental. What about the rectangular solid with dimensions a, b c?

what are experimental sections and questions? i dont get it.... and like if something is experimental, what does that mean for if you get that question wrong? or right?

Can someone please give some questions that were in CR experimental or some questions that were in Writing experimental?

Also, is there a consensus on the bacteria question yet? I chose E).

i had a cr equating section and i had a passage about a notebook keeper who was really recounting a story of a strange woman and then a woman in a coat...gosh it was complicated..i remember a strange question with Estellas...

I chose E too but i remember missing a question from practice only because of this issue ..anyway let's hope it's E

Does anyone remember a question about cars and alternative forms of energy (this may have been in experimental writing, actually..) but it was like "how would you revise this sentence" and the sentence was like "this car is more streamlined that most other conventional cars" and i chose to delete the word 'other'...?

bump! how many different experimentals are there for writing, anyway? is there more than one?

Does anyone know whether the math question about the pie chart was in section 2 or 3 on the [1. Essay 2. Math 3. Math]?

This one talked about the students taking art classes or something. It was really easy, I just made a dumb mental mistake, so I hoped it would be in the experimental.

concured...
