What were the experimentals for CR/M/W?

oh yaaa i remember that question.

I recall it was finding the area of the entire shape.
You can find it in terms of variables x and y.

Rectangle + Triangle = Area
3y + 1/2(x-3)^2

hmm i hope i got that right. I remember the triangle was a special one right? Like a 45 45 or a 30 60 90. Can't recall though. I think i picked A or something for that

Are you sure we are talking about the same question?
The answer was E for the question that involved the diagram I drew.

uh maybe it was E. I can't recall at all. (how do you guys remmeber the letter whoa). But it was some special triangle right?

Isn't the experimental section the writing section?
I have two writing sections that have 35 questions.
So I am guessing one of the writing sections is experimental?

Some people have a math or critical reading experimental section.

Can SpartyOn or someone else who's relatively confident of his answer tell me what the correct choice for the question about male golden spiders (they live not in their own nests but in... female nests, something like that) was? I chose E) no error because I thought the "not A.. but B" structure was grammatically correct. Should I have chosen "live not" as an error?

Hey amb3r,

I've seen a lot of discussion about this question, but I can barely remember it. I know that I did NOT choose "live not;" that was correct. But I cannot remember if there was another error in it. If you find the entire sentence, let me know and I'll look at it. I was an English teacher in my past life, so I have a harder time remembering the writing section. It's the math section I can recall vividly....

Turk, are you asking about the letter of 3y+1/2(x-3)^2? Because that was DEFINITELY (E). But if your are asking about the pie chart, I cannot remember. I know that (A), (B), and (C) were on the left side of the column. The answer was one of the two on the right side of the column.

Lol, wasn't the pie chart question actually supposed to be really easy?

Thanks, SpartyOn. While I no longer remember the exact phrasing of the question, I'm pretty sure that if "lives not" was not the error, and I don't think it was either, there were no other errors.

It was suppose to be easy :(. I am just a stupid idiot who read it too quickly i hate my self

...I am really really upset...I just found out what the equating section was...I kicked that section's butt, but I failed the real thing! How messed up is that?!

yeahallie - i have the same feelings
