Sounds pretty bad

simply more applications.
some of you guys are nutzo!

1.kill someone (haha) and then kill myself
2. linger in the mortal chain a bit longer and laugh at Cornell when i get into Harvard~
3. Just accept it as it is. Life still goes on.

i had previously posted here saying id eat a lot if rejected, but it occurred to me that its not my reaction that I'm worried about, but..my friends :-/. if i don't get in, ill be extremely embarrassed. i almost wish i didn't tell anyone i was ed-ing. o well..hopefully i get in..

Don't worry about it too much. It could be a blessing in disguise.

finally tun- some sense in the madness!

but alas, hopefully NONE of you will have to worry about that.

It may really be a blessing in disguise. Have any of you read an article in either US NEWS & World Report or Newsweek about a girl who got rejected from Brown ED and then got accepted to Yale RD?

That made US News? A girl at my school got deferred from Boston College early and made it into Stanford RD.

If I got rejected ED, I would also care the most about what my peers would think. Otherwise, I would accept that Cornell was not meant to be. :(

I would cuss out Cornell and their idoicy for not realizing the greatness that I am, then I would just apply to my real first choice school Stanford and stay there...

I would tell all of my friends that I got in. Then later, be like "I'm too good for Cornell, I think I'll just apply to other places, I can do better.

i dont think its a big deal, if you dont go to an ivy league it doesnt mean that you will fail in life lol and it will probably be a good thing, everything happens for a reason

I am saying this bc i already kno that i got rejected so I am preparing myself for my actual rejection lol

WOAH. Um how do you know about your decision already?? If it is something bad, you dont have to say :(

lol i dont kno it officially but I am positive i got rejected, my SATs are 1870 lol

My first SAT was 1790. Don't tell anyone. (School of Hotel Administration) But they are better now.

lol, see at least now theyre better, my first first time i took them (from Princeton review SAT prep class) its was like in the 1500s
yea, that is BAD!!!!

First Time: Math - 730 CR - 570 Writing - 490
Second: Math - 710 CR - 690 Writing - 640

omg, how did you increase your critical reading so much? i think CR is sooo freaking hard

these are my best scores
Math: 680
CR:550 (first time was 500)
Writing:640

i freaking hate CR lol, even on my ACTS, all my scores were like 28 and 29 and my CR was 22 lol

I have no idea. (I don't even study) But I can tell you that reading helps a lot. The only thing you can do besides read is study words. The antithesis to that is to just be really good at Latin.

lol, i do read a lot but its more like nicholas sparks and mary higgins clark lol
