<p>If he really is cheating and winning prized and awards and high grades and subsequently places those grades bestow(valedictorian etc) then he is actively hurting those students that are competing alongside him in an honest manner. Then this is a situation for the HS administration. If you have somewhat concrete proof - bring it to the dean/principal/asst principal, even the district if you wish. If I were the kid that sweated nights to get a certain grade and someone got it because of cheating, Id be livid, moral values aside. If I were a good administrator of a school, Id want to get rid of this problem, since it certainly brings down the morale of the student body.</p>
