I would've gone to the SAT without a hangover, just so I had a better score to apply to some of my higher ranked Ivies at transfer time.

I still would've transferred, though.

I would've gone to the SAT without a hangover, just so I had a better score to apply to some of my higher ranked Ivies at transfer time.

I still would've transferred, though.

I wouldn't have played the 'how much I can slack off before that A becomes a B' game. It was a stupid thing to do.

I would have attended more Bio classes

I wouldve tried harder to get my school to let me take Elective English

I would have been politer to my GC- she wouldve written me better recs

I would have applied early decision to my 1st choice instead of chickening out and applying early action to a school I wasnt even that enthusiastic about.

I would have been nicer to a whole lot of people.

I would have been meaner to a whole lot of people.

But all in all- nothing too serious. And really- no regrets. School has been fun :)

Work harder. take more fun electives....join the varsity team. better relations with the staffs. join more clubs. do better in Math

I wish that I would have had the guts to join the forensics club. They were sort of my heroes back in hs. I had great respect for them as well as the faculty advisor who was my 10th or 11th grade English teacher. The research skills, public speaking skills and confidence learned in forensics is something that stays with a student way beyond high school and college.

Athletes didn't do anything for me, though all of my 10 grade friends (my click of friends at the time) went out for sports or cheerleading.

I would've continued XC, track, and choir.

I would've tried out for soccer instead of doing basketball.

I would've stayed at the same school.

I would've tried keeping my friends instead of being so obsessed and neurotic about grades, ECs, college, etc.

I would've done more research into summer programs...

and I would've smiled more.

I would've played soccer for school (had knee surgery so didn't think I could)

I would have gone out with my friends more and gone to at least a few parties instead of doing my homework ALL weekend.

I would have been more outgoing at school.

I would've gotten more involved at school; like going to barbecues, games etc.

I would've tried to not obsess about my grades as much and enjoy myself

So...I have next year to do all this! Senior year!!!

I would have tried harder my freshman year:
I got an A- in ART first hour, first quarter, first year...

Thats just sad...

:(

Right now, I'm nearing the end of my sophomore year and I already regret a few things.

I sincerely wish I did not procrastinate as much as I did, especially in history.

I wish I didn't let other people influence me poorly as some did.

I wish I had more ECs, even though I still have 1 more year to add to the resume. There was a lot of oppurtunity for me when I visited other countries to do some volunteer work or..something..anything.

I wish I had gotten my permit when I could instead of putting it off so I could get my license faster.

I would have joined Women's Choir freshman year. That year they performed at Carnegie Hall.

I would have dropped Trig/Pre-calc when I had the chance.

I would have tried to have more (close) friends and not be such an anal, overachieving, sleep-deprived maniac.

I would have stopped caring about hanging out with the right people and being seen with the right people sooner, because once I learned to just be myself, the "right people" became my friends. Only by that time, it didn't matter to me.

I would have looked at more public schools. I applied to too many pricey, unaffordable private institutions I thought I would be happy out instead of more honors programs at solid state schools.

I would have made more of an effort to make the most out of high school, rather than focus all my sights and attention on leaving it.

Despite all this, I had a pretty good hs experience.

Worked harder freshman year.
Spent more time doing random fun stuff.

I would have asked out some really hot girls...been rejected and then gone home and cried over the weekend. (wow I cant believe nobody has mentioned girls yet)

I wouldnt have gotten a D in chem.

Haha, thats good.

I would have tried to meet more people during my freshman year (when I was really shy and scared of people)

quote=ElCommando
[/quote]

I forgot about it. I would tried much harder with one girl instead of her best friend.

You forgot about girls?!?!? haha jk.

Cmon, you cant forget about the girls...

:)

I forgot to mention what I would have done differently about them. I never forget about them. ;)
