First off, I want to congratulate everyone who is reading this post for making it to march 10th. I know that it was a long journey, and even if you are satisfied/unsatisfied with your results, you should still feel proud of your self. It doesn't matter if you were accepted, wait-listed, or even rejected to every one of your schools. You should feel accomplished as you are already one step ahead of the game. At a young age you will have taken experience that will apply to the rest of your successful lives, may it be writing your essays to college or getting an interview for your profession.

If you were accepted, you should know that you now have an opportunity that not too many others will experience. Never take it for granted.. not even for one second. You should always remain humble for getting this chance and prove to the school and community that you deserved every ounce of your acceptance. Prove it.

If you were rejected you should have a burning desire to succeed. You will always have that one school that loves you- and that is the school you are already enrolled in. Make it proud. Never let the decisions of others control you- only the decisions of your own choices. I view boarding school as a shortcut to success by building boarding school character, but success can be achieved anywhere. You just have to take the long way and work even harder. Heck, most of the billionaires in the world have not stepped in a boarding school.

So know that no matter who or what your circumstances are, this is a new chapter of your life and you should make the best of it.
