Have you run the NPC to see if it is likely to be affordable?

I think that your chances of getting in are pretty good. Whether it will be affordable and worth the price is an entirely different question (which I cannot guess at). IMHO it is not a safety.

Definitely consider other options. Having one dream school is rarely a good idea.

I think your chances are good. Have a strong essay and find a few teachers who can write a strong recommendation for you. Also, consider applying to more colleges.
