I’m currently at the top 19% of my class, 127/659. Don’t really know if its something I should be proud of especially since my friends are in the top 10%. Any advice?
It depends on your target schools. Being #1 is not enough for the topmost schools, a HS diploma is enough for Community College. Other schools are somewhere in between and there are no magic numbers. Find the Common Data Set for you target schools to see the stats of the last entering freshman class.

top 10% gets you lots of privileges ,for example financial aid. definetely aim for 10% u can make it
