What's considered a good GPA at UCLA for North Campus, South Campus, and Engineering

Yes...so if you're a North Campus major (i.e. English, History, Sociology, Ethnic Studies, etc.) what would be considered a "good" GPA? What would be considered the "average" GPA?

If you're a South Campus major (i.e. Biology, Chemistry, MIMG, Biochemistry, Phy Sci, etc.) what would be considered a "good" GPA? What would be considered the "average" GPA?

If you are an Engineer, what would be considered a "good" GPA? What would be considered the "average" GPA?

Also, since Economics/Business Economics is like it's own thing (not quite fully North Campus, but not quite South Campus), what would be a "good" and "average?" GPA for that major?

You can find the averages here:
[UCLA Office of Analysis and Information Management | AIM](http://www.aim.ucla.edu/aprs/apbaprs.asp)

I believe a 3.0 is average. If you study everyday and keep up with the material, a 3.5 should not be difficult.
