Thinking about attending Franklin & Marshall. The college house system is interesting, but I’m wondering how ‘intense’ the communities are. All the tour guides were really high energy and talked about how the houses are doing stuff all.the.time. Can you be chill and a little introverted and still like living there?

Just saw this one. Im a dad of a freshman and can say that the involvement is low impact for him. There are opportunities to be involved but he does not do a lot of house specific functions. Definitely important to be in a club, sport or other extra curricular though as it can be tougher to make friends if not. Just one parent’s opinion!!
