<p>I think honestly that many of the Ivy's acceptance rates are so low because many people apply for the heck of it. Not saying anything is wrong with that, but I doubt more than what... 5000-7000 of Harvard's applicant pool (27,000) is anywhere near seriously qualified. (Not that most every applicant couldn't be successful there)</p>
