What's the best Calif College for Anthropology

I'm just graduating high school this year and I'm looking at college. I'm thinking of majoring in Anthropology with an emphasis on Middle Eastern studies. I've focused in on SF State Univ., Cal Berkeley, Cal Santa Barb, UCLA. For financial reasons I will probably stay in California, at least for the first two years. For the same reasons I might take the first two years at a community college. My long term plan is to work in sort of a cultural resource management area, working with international corporations to help them adjust smoothly as they move into the Middle East. So, probably I will have to design my own major or course of study at some point. As you can see, my idea is not the traditional anthropology track. I've read that SFSU has a very good undergraduate program, maybe better than UCB, but I don't know if that's true for what I want to do with my degree.
What do you think is the best choice for an undergraduate degree and what's the best for a post graduate degree? Is it more difficult to get into a graduate program at one college if I come from an undergraduate program at a different college? Other than teaching, what are the employment opportunities?
Thanks for any help.
