What's the difference between an Honours degree and a sandwich year (3+1)?

Do I get the Honours on the 4th or 3rd year in UK???

When you finish. The sandwich year is an additional year (usually the third year in which you are normally working in a placement in the industry connecting with your studies, or in the case of a foreign language, sometime studying abroad rather than working). It’s part of the degree structure for your particular course. Usually the final year completes the studying portion of the degree, plus final exams if your course is structured that way.

The Hons in BA Hons is effectively part of the grading structure. UK degrees are awarded in the following categories: a First, or First Class, degree; Second Class (divided into Upper and Lower Second), also known as II.i and II.ii - getting at least a II.i is often the dividing line between getting a good job, and not; and a Third. All of these are Honours.

If your final exam scores are very low, you might just get a Pass degree without Honours.
