What's the difference between these Probability courses?

Math 170A
Statistics 100A
Electrical Engineering 131A

All three of these are probability courses, and one of them is needed to satisfy a random requirement for Materials Science and Engineering (the other choice is Chem 30A which I will not take).

Does anyone know if one of these is easier than the others? And what are some good professors for these courses?

I know Liggett for 170A in the fall is amazing (had him for 131AH this year), and he specializes in probability theory. Expect his class to be difficult, but an amazing life changing experience (only a slight exaggeration)
