Hello!
By “undeclared” I mean school of undergraduate studies. Is it more likely to be admitted to the former one than to the later one? If I was rejected by my second choice–college of natural science undeclared, would I still be possible to go to austin? Is computer science+college of natural science undeclared a good combination?
Instead of trying to figure out what major will get you into UT, you need to figure out what you want to study and then apply to study that at several different colleges so you have options.
If your first choice is computer science and your plan is to choose a second choice that will allow you to transfer in to computer science, it would seem that CNS undeclared would be a better choice since it is in the same college. I would think for that reason that CNS undeclared would be more competitive than UGS (Liberal Arts).
Actually, computer science is under college of natural science, so I am not deviating from my destination, otherwise I could simply apply for the least competitive major…
