What's the future of a student with BA in economics?

I will be finishing my BA in economics within less than a year. My Current GPA is 3.92 and I attend one of the UCs.
I want to study more but do not want to obtain Ph.D in Economics because I do not love to research. I want to work at a firm but after I obtain master's degree in something like finance, accounting, or maybe even in economics.
What top graduate programs require GMAT rather than GRE? or should I just gain some work experience first and aim for MBA? to repeat myself, I really want to study more than just undergraduate upper division econ classes.

I will appreciate any advice!

Do you know what area of business you are interested in experiencing?

Your GPA will allow you opportunities in management consulting and maybe IBanking, if you are interested in that for a couple years before going to get an MBA.

You won’t have the prereqs for a Masters in accounting program with only a BA in Economics. You will need financial, cost, int 1 and 2, federal income tax, and audit for almost all masters in accounting programs.
