<p>For current students there, can anyone give a rough estimate of the ration between liberal & conservative professors at TAMU? I hear that TAMU tends to be on the conservative side, which is great.</p>

<p>A good portion of the student body is conservative, but most of the professors are independent. And if they’re conservative/liberal, they sure don’t show it. Unless, of course, you take some government classes. In that case, it’s half and half.</p>
<p>Thanks, izelkay. Half & half is pretty good. The local UT branch here & closest A & M branch are 100% liberal in their government classes. Have absolutely no differing point of view is not good.</p>
