What's The Right Match For Me?

I am an incoming senior and I want to know what colleges are a good fit based on atmosphere/personality and also academics. I know this sounds cheesy but I would appreciate suggestions on which schools to visit and apply to, I have some in mind, of course, but I would like outside opinions.

Academically/EC:
Hispanic/White Male
4.45 Weighted GPA
3.85 UW GPA
30 ACT Comp
2000 SAT ( Hoping For a 2100+ in October, very confident I can get it, it will have been 8 months in between SATs by then)
Mock Trial, CSF, NSHSS, Founder of Key Club, Soccer Referee (3 year Job)
Varsity XC (1 yr captain) and Track since Freshman year

What I want in a college:
Prestige/Noticeability when applying for future jobs (to some degree)
Nice campus and Scenery
Friendly Students who are easy to get along with and generally intelligent
Attractive girls (=

I know, I know, nobody on here can really give me an unbiased answer. Also, I am aware of the ridiculousness of this thread, but I mean this is really what I'm looking for so anyone that can help me out please do! I basically am asking which colleges, based on either personal experience or good research, would best fit the criteria above - as ambitious as it may be. Where would I fit in based on academics and atmosphere, where should I think about applying/visiting? I hope this thread can help me add on to my list of colleges (which is relatively small as of now). Thanks.

Intended/possible major(s)?
Financial constraints, if any?
State of residence?

All of the above would help people who make suggestions. Some very good schools might not have the major(s) you are interested in, or may be too expensive and not generous enough with need and/or merit aid. State of residence can make some public universities less expensive and/or more generous with aid.

Interested in Business/Management, journalism, film/media, or possibly Marine Bio
Money is not really a problem, but possible scholarships would be welcomed of course
California resident but location is not a factor whatsoever (besides differences in tuition, but its not a huge deal)

Any recommendations are welcomed =)

BUMP bump bump

Bumppppppp

You seem like you could apply to just most schools in Cali and get in. On top of that, in-state costs would be lower. Also, you’re ideally situated for aid at slightly less competitive schools.

University of California Berkeley
University of Southern California (highly recommend)
University of North Carolina Chapel Hill
William & Mary
University of Miami
University of Georgia
University of Michigan Ann Arbor
University of California Los Angeles (also highly recommend)

If you can score that 2100 I’d recommend:
Duke University
Vanderbilt
UPenn
Cornell
Dartmouth

Hope that helps!

George Washington University
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Northeastern
Richmond
Rochester
Bucknell
Emory

Boston College
Tufts
Wesleyan
Brandeis

Best of luck!

Thanks guys, I have a general idea of my list but this will definitely help me open up my options!
@stanstan: USC, UCLA, and UMiami are already amongst my top choices. Also are you a stanford student, and could I consider it as a reach if I bump my SAT up?
