What's the social scene like?

Step son was the wrestling coach in early 90's prior to the school closing the wrestling program. He LOVED Williamsburg and though has a made a great life for himself on the west coast, still travels back to visit old friends who own resturants and bars in the area. Daughter has only been on campus two weeks now, but LOVES W&M. She has met so many new friends, new experiences. Not quite sure what she's doing, but bored isn't one of them!!!

Same with my S, no complaints. He is so busy with new activities, and studying, and seems to fit right in with his hallmates. He is like a new person!

Echoling namtrage (but mine's a D).

Namtrag- glad to here things are going well with your son. I know you wrestled with this decision for a while this spring. It seems like your family made the right call. I cant imagine anything better than hearing the excitement in your childs voice as they describe their experiences.

Just wait till he meets some girl from Pennsylvania that steals his heart. Thats what happened to me.

I'll have my daughter to the bunch of happy W&M students. Gets along very well with roommate and hallmates, loves college classes and is busy, busy, busy. If I had to describe her tone of voice when she calls, I'd have to say, contented.
