<p>I'm mostly antitobacco, but even I'm not doubting that I'll take up casual cigarette smoking just to pass the time or to meet people.</p>
<p>I don't know if I could do the whole cigarette-thing. I've grown up around some people (namely aunts/uncles and family friends) who smoke, and I've seen what it's done to them. Simply disgusting.</p>
<p>I'll probably take the casual hit, though. But I definitely won't go out of my way for it.</p>

<p>Okay, please don't smoke just to be casual. I mean it!! I did this in college and whaddaya know, I am the genetic type to be a total nicotine ADDICT :eek:!! You just dont know this sort of thing in advance and I was horribly addicted to cigarettes for nearly 10 years!!! YUCK!! </p>
<p>Please don't give this <em>any</em> chance to happen to you. Luckily I finally quit, but it was terribly difficult and unpleasant. Lots of my friends have never quit. Their kids are worried sick they could die, etc, and they still can't quit. This is a revolting addiction. A waste of money, health, time. Learn from my mistakes! </p>
