<p>I’m very doubtful of myself and am concerned with my chances of acceptance because I slacked off the last 4 years of high school.
I have about a 3.3 gpa and a combined math/critical reading score on the SAT of 1220 and 1730 with writing portion. I haven’t taken the ACT.
From your past experiences, what do you guys think my chances are?</p>

You’ll get in, but your future success in any college depends heavily on your will to succeed, and that will probably mean working harder than you’ve ever done. Are you prepared to stop slackin’?

<p>Good for you! But remember…a lot of students don’t even realize how they “skated” in high school until they get to college. 3 tests a semester instead of one each week, multiple chapters to read and study between classes…You will likely have an adjustment period, so be prepared to work harder than you did in HS!</p>
