<p>Has anyone heard from Deerfield that is not international? If so, please tell me if it came via USPS or FedEx or other.</p>

<p>D is waiting for Deerfield’s decision. She was rejected from Exeter, Hotchkiss, and SPS and waitlisted at Groton. Deerfield has always been first choice but nothing in the mail today. I’m trying to think positively.</p>
<p>So now I am confused…not hard to do today…I have heard that DA mails it through regular mail but others are looking for Fedex. Do you think they do different methods based on where you live? We are about an hour away. The Mail hasn’t come, but the morning fedex truck drove by…What do they do!!! aauugghh!!!</p>
<p>Deerfield does not and never has used Fedex. All US notification is sent US mail (not Priority) and can take several days to arrive even if you are accepted depending on where you live. You will receive an acceptance at the same time you would receive a waitlist or rejection.</p>

<p>Please don’t draw any conclusions if you didn’t receive a letter from Deerfield today. Wait until Mon or Tues depending on how far you live from Deerfield. They may be sent via USPS 2nd day or whatever. Last year I got mine on the 11th or the 12th. Good luck to you all and enjoy the weekend!</p>

<p>Nothing in the mail today so hoping we will hear Monday. Anybody else not receiving anything today? It’s hard to tell whether to read bad news or not and the postings are pretty mixed so looking for other inputs. Thanks and hoping the best for all.</p>
<p>We’re in Colorado - received the USPS priority mail envelope today. DS accepted to class of 2016.</p>
