<p>So the UC have 3 applications periods and due dates? Meaning I don’t have to apply by Nov 30?</p>

<p>So you can apply as a freshman and enter instead in the spring or winter?</p>

<p>Freshmen can ONLY apply for Fall and those applications must be filed between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30th. Do not wait until Nov. 30th to apply as there have been problems in the past with the server being overwhelmed near the deadline. Spring admission is offered to very few freshmen at some UC's, but you cannot apply for spring admission. The offer of spring admission is a unilateral decision by the admissions office and is made to students taken from the general applicant pool, ie those who applied btwn 11/1 & 11/30.</p>
