When can we apply?

<p>I thought that the application for this fall opened up July 1st, but on the "type of application" question, "Freshman" isn't selectable and it states, "The Freshman application deadline has passed." So I cannot proceed with the application.</p>

<p>Is July 1st not when it opens? Or...?</p>

<p>One of my friends told me mid-july is when it opens, but I’m not 100% about it… :&lt;/p>
