<p>Hi! I just wanna know when classes open for enrollment on URSA. Right now all the discussions say OPEN but the lectures say NON-ENR which means non-enrollment. I'm gonna be a second year but I remember during my orientation before freshman year my NSA gave us all a date in which we could change our classes. Do any freshmen have that date? Thanks.</p>
