When do colleges have to receive SAT scores?

<p>On the collegeboard website it says that scores are sent three weeks after you submit your request. The Nov. 1 early decision deadline is less than 3 weeks away. Does this mean I need to send them now or can they receive them later?</p>

<p>I sent Penn State my D's scores in Sept. and they received them less than a week later. I'd say send them NOW.</p>
