This may be a dumb question, but does the date of the decisions mean that it’ll be released at that date or will be received by that date?
It depends. For example, UIUC sends all decisions ON February 13, whereas a school like UW Madison would send out the decision BY the end of march. You can find the specifics on each college website.
Some state schools do rolling admissions but the vast majority of admissions decisions will be released from 20 march to April 1st.
