<p>Right now my colleges have two of my test scores (they are very low). I took the ACT is December which I expect to be MUCH higher. I said that on my common application that I was taking the December one. Will they wait for that score to come in before reviewing my application? Should I wait to pay so that they will review my application later?</p>
