<p>I've just applied to Yale SCEA but I haven't got an email from Yale containing the ELI account details yet.</p>
<p>"I believe the Eli account details comes by snail mail. I'm not sure about international students" - quoting from another thread.</p>

<p>The letter I got was postmarked 9 days after I submitted the application. So it's possible that you will have to wait.</p>
