<p>Hi. I checked the website and it looks like orientation begins friday 8/23. Do students need to be back on campus earlier than that for sports or res staff training?</p>

<p>Not sure about res staff training, but at least one fall sport (volleyball) will be back on campus before that–8/21, I believe.</p>
<p>Res life training is usually the week before first year orientation. As has been said, some fall sports teams are back then as well.</p>
