When do they tell you all your application has been received?

<p>I submitted everything online all parts everything and sent the signed form!!!</p>

<p>Will theys end me an email telling everything was receiving and is ok?</p>

<p>Is there any problem if my signed form arrives on the 2nd??</p>

<p>I'm fairly sure the November 1st deadline is the POSTMARKED date, not the RECEIVED date.</p>

<p>However, I too, would like some reassurance of this fact. =)</p>

<p>Postmarked date is correct.</p>

<p>Ruling date is postmark or FedEx or UPS or DHL all use the posting date.</p>

<p>Did you guys receive an email telling everything was received an is ok?</p>

<p>I only received an acknowledgement PART 1 and PART 2 were received via email but not that the whole app was completed.</p>
