<p>On weekdays, after finishing my homework, read a book, shower, & check the computer, I sleep between 10~1 AM.</p>

weekends: 12-2</p>
<p>I dont understand how people can go to bed so late. I crash and burn when i dont get sleep. If I go get less than 7 hours I am kranky, not happy, and dont perform well the next day.
When i go to bed at midnight i just dont feel good the entire next day.</p>
<p>Then again i have to wake up at 5:30 so maybe thats why i go to bed earlier than most of you guys.

<p>I love sleep but I work so inefficiently that I have to cut off some hours.</p>

This morning I woke up at 12:49 PM. I had rehearsal at 1.</p>

<p>Weekdays 12-never, average of 1:30 I think.
Weekends: huge variance, but usually 10ish on Fridays (I have to tutor early the next morning and then be active and awake at ballet), while Saturdays are all over the place.</p>

<p>This thread makes me feel normal. When my sleeping habits are considered normal, something is seriously wrong.</p>
