<p>I was thinking Grand Theft Auto for the heck of it. Which, shocker to any guys on here, I'm a girl. Ever since I got an Xbox, I focus on DVDs more than video games. When I had my Super Nintendo and my N64, video game world was nice. Those days are missed. I traded both systems in to get an Xbox as soon as it was marked down to 200 bucks. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and A Beautiful Mind were the first DVDs I bought. Now I have about 70 or so. And only five video games. Pathetic much, coming from the girl whom boys once asked for video game help from.</p>

I was thinking of trading them in eventually and get something else. Trouble is, they don't make games the way they used to. Everything is all violence nowdays and fantasy stories. Maybe I just need to get back into games again. Anything recommended for XBOX?</p>

<p>i really wish there were more open gamer girls. in our computer/games club in our school, ther are like 2 girls to about 15 guys. we know the girls are out there but they dont come. T_T</p>
<p>Good article, but a lot of the rejects never got C's in sociology, or quit a team, or slacked off, or have any major flaws in their apps. People are getting rejected from Ivies and even NU and WUStl with 4.0s and near perfect or perfect SAT/ACT and good ECs. It's really f*&%$in hard to get into a selective school these days.</p>

<p>I applied to McCormick. I also applied to Yale, Harvard, Princeton, Olin College (accepted!), Princeton, Stanford, JHU, Washington & Lee, Cornell (Eng), Duke, Rice, Columbia, and a few safeties.</p>
<p>What kind of stuff do you like, Bashful? I'll admit that I'm not too familiar with the Xbox (Would you be open to trying a new system? Pretty soon all three of the major companies are going to have new machines out), but I will try my best.</p>
<p>Of course, for old-school stuff in general you can't go wrong with a GBA. Pick up straight ports of your favorite SNES stuff or buy some new games made in the old 2d tradition.</p>
