When is the earliest time Deferred applicants can hear of their official decision?

<p>What the title says... Could it be any day until April 1st or will it be on April 1st?</p>

<p>I predict every two weeks starting the last Friday of January till late March (similar to last year). So earliest I’m guessing January 30th. </p>
