I'm an international student and I took the SAT for the first time in October and got an alright score (a combined of 1670 first time 'round.) My scores relate to the fact I want to re-take the exam (I got 600CR 640Writing 430Math) The 430 is the reason I want to re-sit. Anyway, I've signed up for December, and I know it's possible to go for it in January, but is it possible to sit it any later than this? The only SAT testprep center in Ireland doesn't offer courses until the end of December so I'm wondering if February is too late to take them?

Also, are my current scores worthy of sending to some schools? (ie: Florid State, University of San Diego (Not UCSandiego) and DePaul?) or should I ditch them altogether? Finally, if you sit the SAT again, are your previous scores over-written? Sorry about the 20 questions :-) Thanks in advance!

For most colleges either Dec or Jan is the last possible testing date. For Fl State it is Dec., DePaul Jan. USD’s is the Dec test for its Dec 15 app deadline. However, it has a second app deadline of Feb 1 for which the Jan test is the last one. Anyone who applies after Dec 15 and by Feb 1 is considered for admission only after all decisions are made as to those who apply by Dec 15 and thus the post Dec 15 applicants face a risk of rejection solely on the basis that a program may already be full. If you submit multiple SATs, DePaul and USD superscore meaning they use for admission the highest section scores from the multiple tests. Fl State uses that test with highest composite. Other colleges do the same, either superscore or use that test with highest composite. Your math score is very low for all three of those colleges.
