<p>I am here waiting for several programs/colleges all in the same “early to mid March” time frame that is expected to release today or next week!! I am hoping at least one of them comes out today!</p>

<p>Hold on! The email that I got from WUSTL to confirm application completion stated that the decisions will be released by April 1st. Does this mean that they could be sent out in batches?</p>

Although releasing decisions in “batches” does seem reasonably expect for the 30,000+ applicants, I doubt they do it over several days. I believe it will all come out on one day but the timings on that day will be different. Today might be a good guess but I think that it will probably be end of next week until we get our decisions.</p>
<p>Okay, everyone is guessing that decisions will be released today base on last year RD date. Well, last year, we didn’t have issues with the common app. I hope I am wrong.</p>
<p>Well, Wash U posted the number of applicants they received two days after the deadline with the heading “Class of 2018 selection is underway,” which would indicate that the common app problems weren’t hindering their process. I thought basically everything had been resolved at that point, though I may be wrong. </p>
<p>Don’t call the school, leave those people alone so they can work to get your decision emails/letters out.

<p>The decisions last year came out at 5 EST, if I’m not mistaken- my son checked 10 min prior to this and did not have a decision- at 5 PM on the dot, the decision was available. In addition, WUSTL paid for RD students to fly to STL to go fir am accepted students program- this is a huge undertaking that requires more planning and therefore more time.</p>
<p>Just keep in mind that servers do crash- my son had to wait 5 hours last year to find out he got into JHU because of a server crash. The WUSTL pathway was a breeze!</p>

<p>Those numbers are purely speculative and out of date.</p>
<p>UChicago post it that they be announcing on March 14th. WUSTL normally comes before UC.</p>
<p>After UC? Everyone has been saying that it should come today or tomorrow? </p>
<p>So, if decisions are released today, they will most likely become live on the portal at 5:00 EST?</p>
<p>I can’t stand the wait. …I hope it’s today. </p>
