When they read our apps will they

the brown interest night here asked for sign in. wonder why?

Interest in Brown is already implied by our applying ED. I don’t think it will make ED applicants stand out from one another.

Your level of interest can often be discerned from what you write in your essays. Someone who says they want to major in “business” or “journalism,” for example, has demonstrated they know little about Brown.

Even if everyone in ED is interested, Brown probably knows that people who are MORE interested will be more hardworking and more likely to take advantage of Brown’s opportunities if they get accepted… Which is what they need to keep the campus running and interesting…

Us ED kids are obviously extremely interested, I don’t think we need to worry.

Oh, yeah we don’t have to worry  I was just wondering :)

Ok. Let’s clear this up once and for all. Every e-mail sent to an admissions officer IS printed out and put into your file so that it can be seen when the specific admissions officer reads that file. The above people are saying things that are simply wrong…most of them do not attend Brown nor work in the admissions office. They are speculating…and speculating incorrectly at that.

Xmobile- How do you know that?
