When to send scores to all colleges?

<p>Is it okay if we send all scores (SAT/ACT/AP/TOEFL) to all colleges before submitting the applications? Or are we supposed to do it after submitting only? Please help.</p>

<p>From my experience, you can send them before, and they’ll start a file for you. </p>
