When to sign up for CAS?

I am currently on my summer break preceding my senior year of undergraduate. I am a double major in philosophy and political science. I currently have a 3.80 GPA and I am going to take the LSAT in October. I currently have 87 credit hours, but I am taking a summer class right now so by the fall semester I will have 90.

I am pretty sure I am going to get a B in this summer class. I was told by someone at University of Arkansas school of law (the school I am planning to attend) that I could sign up for the CAS now and not have to turn in any more transcripts if I chose not to.

My question is: If I sign up for the CAS and get my transcripts turned in before this B is posted will I still have to turn my later transcripts in? Obviously I want to preserve my 3.80.

Thanks in advance.

All transcripts are required. LSAC[/url”>http://www.lsac.org/jd/apply/cas-requesting-transcripts.asp]LSAC is very clear:

“You should have official transcripts sent for any additional academic work completed after your initial Credential Assembly Service Law School Reports have been forwarded. This information will be incorporated into your file and updated transcript reports will be sent to the law schools as long as their reporting term is still current.”
