When Will JHU RD Decisions Be Released?

This question is being constantly asked on numerous threads here so I decided to just post a new thread which I can link to in future responses.

No specific date has been chosen yet for when RD notifications will be released by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions for Johns Hopkins University. As of right now the only response to this question is by April 1st.

I expect that we will announce a release date later next week and it will be one of the last days of March. The announcement will be made on the Hopkins Insider blog (Hopkins Insider). We are very hesitant to make an announcement on a release date and then have to go back and changed that date. (This happened a few years ago and it was very frustrating for all involved.)

For those looking for a sense of how decisions will be released, this blog entry explains how RD notifications were released last year:

The process this year will most likely be the same. Stay tuned for a similar update on the Hopkins Insider blog for this year's notification release details.

Thank you very much! Can’t wait!

Thank you, honestly it’s extremely frustrating trying to get a response to the “when do decisions come out” question, but your reply was helpful :)

Tuesday, March 29th.

Thank you for this post and the links :)

Here is the post for 2011:

AdmissionsDaniel: Thank you so much for being so open and straight forward with all of us this year! Your input on CC was really helpful!!
Best of luck to my fellow Hopkins applicants, it’s been a long
road but it will be over soon! No matter where we all get accepted I know we will all be successful in life! I feel grateful for just being a qualified applicant for Hopkins!
Good luck tomorrow and thanks again for your help Daniel!
