<p>When will McGill release the application for the 09-10 year? I found that the deadline is Jan 15th, but no mention anywhere when we can start applying. Does anyone know about when they released it last year?</p>
<p>I think the application opened in mid-to-late September last year; it was definitely open by mid-October.</p>
