When do you guys think the admissions decisions will be posted online? Last year they anticipated that they would be up by the 15th..but they came out on the 11th. Do you think they willcome out earlier than expected again..or will they just come out on the 15th. lol...i'm just anxious to see whether i was accepted/rejected...

I think the admissions decisions will probably come out a few days later this year, due to the huge increase in UCLA/UC system applicants...

Yup you got a point there...

is there already a site up for 2006 applicants? I haven't gotten any info on it.... should I have?

The online decision site is not yet open for Fall Quarter 2006.

AHH March 15th is coming up..in a little over 2 WEEKS!!!!

The waiting is killing me...i just want to know already!!!!

a few days later meaning after march 15th or just after march 11th?

does it come out in the 'noon?

does UCLA or any UC for that matter take into regard how many people were accepted from a school in the previous year? like last year 72 kids got in from my school, I hope the trend continues.

wow 72? how large was your graduating class emadz??

also, I'm not sure when everyone elses decisions come out, but about 5 people from my school have been accepted, all of whom are pretty much ELC students..

they must be engineering students as well.

masha: i believe it was a class of 500 and something. About 176 were accepted to UCI, well the school is in Irvine. It's supposed to be the 2nd or 3rd best school in cali....and somewhere around 50 accepted to berkeley last year.

wow that's amazing! i'm not sure how many were accepted, (school doesn't give out that data) but only 3 went to UCB, 5 to UCLA and 1 student for UCSB, UCSD.. the rest went to some CSU. Last year 12 were accepted to UCLA and that was HUGE number for us lol, compared to your school that's nothing.

lol yea but what sucks is, my school is so competitive...the ones that got into ucla and ucb probably had 4.0 and above gpas.

lol i was wrong
http://www.iusd.k12.ca.us/uhs/uhsprofile.pdf

UCLA: 74 accepted
UCB: 61
UCSD: 109

Blah...UCLA is one of my earlier schools to which I applied, and even this shorter wait seems to drag out. Umm about 10 students from our school have heard so far (engineering majors). Usually about 30-40 students get into UCLA and Cal from my school with an average graduating class size of aabout 140-150. Most are cross-admits.

Eek! I want to go to college =/!

sorry emadz, but Northwood > Uni

in my opinion Uni is pretty boring but academics are crazy, it actually helps when applying to colleges.

That's crazy! At my school 1-2 kids get into UCLA, and we are a Blue Ribbon Private School, albeit with only about 150 seniors.

Here's to hoping...
