<p>Many acquaintances who were admitted priority, received their e-mails 2~3 days after the ‘Admit’ status on their decision page. I wonder why we haven’t received one yet.
Is it just the internationals or the domestic applicants too haven’t been e-mailed?
The office sounds very vague when I asked this. They said to login using the temporary admit ID from their website. Very unclear on the e-mail part.</p>
<p>I still have not gotten the email yet, which entail the scholarship decision and everything. Dont know when it will ever arrive.</p>
<p>So do you guys log in with the temp admit id first while waiting for the official email? I haven’t received mine too so am wondering if there is a real need to log in with the temp admit id thing. After logging in what does it lead us to?</p>

<p>Anyways, I believe the deadline to accept the offer of admission for UIUC is May 1, so why the rush? I guess we could just wait for other decisions to arrive, and see when our UIUC email comes :P</p>

but it makes no sence that they still havent sent us those emails
I mean, afterall do they REALLY want us in?
there are many other competive schools waiting for us to accept the offers,
and in UIUC case, there’s no congraduations, no welcome, not a single word besides “admit”</p>

<p>Welcome to the University of Illinois! We are so pleased you accepted our offer of admission. Excited to start? First, you can take care of some important details…"</p>
