I'm curious what colleges think of schools like ours where the "Honors" courses are actually the second level of courses in terms of academic challenge; the highest are called "Accelerated" and the lowest level courses are "Standard" level. Would they be able to see that a student in all Honors classes is actually not taking the highest level available or do transcripts simply reports the "Honors" level?

The transcript will say "Honors" or whatever designation your school gives, but the school profile that your school sends along with the transcript will explain the different levels of classes and how they are weighted etc.
